// INTRODUCTION
This Cookie Policy explains how PARSIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore under Unique Entity Number (UEN) 202306664E, with its registered office at 178 Joo Chiat Road, #02-02, Singapore 427449, trading as Reactive Network ("Reactive Network", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website reactive.network and any subdomains that link to this Cookie Policy (together, the "Website").
It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data in general, and our Terms of Use.
// WHAT COOKIES ARE
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the user's device. Cookies allow the website to recognise the device on a subsequent visit, to remember the user's choices, and to collect statistics about the use of the website.
We also use technologies that serve a similar purpose, such as the local storage of the browser. Where this Policy refers to cookies, it refers to those technologies as well.
// HOW WE ASK FOR CONSENT
When the user first visits the Website, a consent banner allows the user to accept or reject non-necessary cookies and to make choices by category. Cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary are used only after the user has given consent to the relevant category.
Until the required consent is given, analytics and other non-necessary storage remain disabled. Where Google Consent Mode is used, the relevant consent signals remain denied unless and until the user gives the corresponding consent.
The user's choice is recorded together with a consent identifier so that we can remember the user's preferences and demonstrate the consent obtained where applicable. The user may change or withdraw their choice at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of the Website.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
// CATEGORIES OF COOKIES
The consent banner groups cookies into four categories:
  • Necessary — required for the Website to function, maintain security and record the user's cookie choices. These cannot be disabled through the consent banner;
  • Preferences — remember information that changes how the Website behaves or looks;
  • Statistics — help us understand how visitors interact with the Website, in aggregated form;
  • Marketing — used to measure and target advertising campaigns.
// COOKIES USED ON THE WEBSITE
Necessary:
  • CookieConsent — stores the user's consent state for each cookie category. Provider: Cookiebot by Usercentrics. Retention: up to 1 year;
Statistics, used only after consent:
  • _ga — distinguishes visitors and supports statistics about the use of the Website. Provider: Google Analytics. Retention: up to 2 years;
  • _ga_PW486WTQLR — maintains session and measurement information for our Google Analytics property. Provider: Google Analytics. Retention: up to 2 years.
We do not currently intentionally use cookies in the Preferences or Marketing categories. Before adding cookies in those categories, we will update the consent configuration and this Cookie Policy as appropriate.
// LOCAL STORAGE
In addition to the cookies listed above, we store the following entries in the local storage of the browser, in the Necessary category:
  • cookie_settings_v2 — the categories the user has accepted, so that the preferences dialogue reflects the current choice;
  • cookie_consent_id — the identifier of the consent given.
Entries in local storage remain on the device until they are cleared through the browser or through the preferences dialogue.
// THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Google Analytics is used, with the user's consent, to produce aggregated statistics about the use and performance of the Website. Depending on the applicable Google terms and the nature of the processing, Google may process Analytics data on our behalf and may process certain information for its own purposes as described in Google's privacy documentation. Google may process data outside the user's country of residence, including in the United States.
Consent is collected and stored through Cookiebot, a consent management platform provided by Usercentrics.
The Website may embed content or services provided by third parties. Where such embedded content uses non-necessary cookies or similar technologies, it is activated only after the required consent has been obtained.
The Website may also contain links to third-party websites and services. If the user follows such a link, the third party's own cookie and privacy policies apply. We do not control the cookie practices of third-party websites.
// MANAGING COOKIES
The user may manage or withdraw consent for non-necessary cookies at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of the Website.
The user may also block or delete cookies through the settings of their browser. Most browsers provide controls for deleting existing cookies, blocking new cookies and limiting tracking technologies.
Blocking necessary cookies or local-storage entries may cause parts of the Website to stop working as intended. Deleting cookies may also cause the consent banner to appear again.
// CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may amend this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the applicable law. The amended version takes effect upon publication on the Website, and the date of the latest amendment is stated at the top of this page.
